Monotype - 1/1 original piece

These monotypes are made by drawing onto a sheet of paper laid over an inked surface. The pressure of each mark lifts ink from the plate, creating textures that are both deliberate and unpredictable. Since only one impression can be produced, every piece is a unique original.

In this case, the drawing was made on a book page.
